The idea of Hot Cold Co LLC started in the fall of 2020 during the COVID pandemic. Tyrel (the owner) was staying at his sister's who had just had a new baby. His sister was craving some Hot Chocolate, but was all out of the mix she usually had from the local grocery store. They decided to be intuative and spontaneous and so they looked up a recipe to make homemade hot cocoa. The recipe they found made one of the best cups of hot cocoa that they had ever tasted.

From there, Tyrel wanted to share this amazing flavor and taste with the rest of his family and friends. The problem was the original recipe that they used called for liquid ingredients. Tyrel spent the rest of 2020 looking into different substitute ingredients for the liquid ingredients. Once the substitutes were found, Tyrel spent the Novembers and Decembers of 2021 and 2022 trying to perfect the recipe. In January of 2023 Hot Cold Co was born and on February 16th, 2023 Hot Cold Co's online store went live!
